Bryan Devolder is a Tampa native who attended Armwood High School and USF before obtaining his B.S. in Information Technology and Web Management from the University of Phoenix in 2002. He obtained a masters degree in Computer Information Systems in 2005. He was a licensed mortgage broker from 2005-2008. Bryan also graduated magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s Tampa Bay campus.
